About Us

Dean W. Hauck is the Founder and President of Crown Capital Group where he is responsible for the overall production and management activities.  Prior to founding Crown Capital Group in 1992, Dean began his banking career at Barnett Bank and worked as a Commercial Mortgage Banker with Banc Boston several years later.  Through Deans extensive experience in commercial banking business, he has built long lasting relationships with customers and lenders that have lasted over 30 years. He has been involved in originating and closing over $1 billion in commercial real estate loans secured by retail, manufactured housing, multifamily, industrial, and hospitality properties.

Dean has been a Floridian for a majority of his life and graduate of FSU with a Bachelors in International Business and Finance.  Dean maintains professional memberships with the Mortgage Bankers Association, Florida Manufactured Housing Association, Federation of Manufactured Home Owners, and is a licensed mortgage and real estate broker in the state of Florida.  If you can’t find Dean at the office he is typically in the mountains with his wife or visiting the grandchildren in North Carolina or Indiana.

As the AVP of production, servicing, and marketing, Erich is responsible for all phases of production from developing new relationships, underwriting, packaging new loans, and following through the process to closing.  Additionally he leads servicing, assisting existing customers with any loan requests along with developing new relationships with prospective clients and lenders.  From the marketing side, he continues to utilize the resources available to reach out to current and prospective customers as quickly and effectively as possible to continue growing the business.

Prior to coming to work with Crown Capital Group in 2014, Erich worked at Baker Hughes as an FP&A Analyst where he was responsible for overseeing the budgets of several IT groups totaling over $100 million in expenditures per year.  Erich received his bachelors degree in International Business and Finance from the University of North Florida.  He holds his Real Estate license and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association.  When not in the office you can find Erich in the ocean surfing, on the golf course, or spending time with his two baby girls and wife.

Luis is a recent graduate from the University of Central Florida and is taking on the role of Commercial Mortgage Analyst. He obtained a B.S.B.A in Finance and has interned in multiple fields and roles in the finance industry, along with commercial real estate lending. His most recent position was of a Credit Analyst with a large commercial real estate lender, where he was responsible for analyzing and preparing over 100 new commercial real estate loan submissions to the credit committee. Since joining Crown Capital Group, Luis has underwritten and been actively involved in the closings of more than $70MM of CRE transactions.

He is also active in other organizations such as the Coastal Conservation Association and was a board member for the nation’s largest fishing club, the UCF Reel Knights. Luis brings strong analytical traits, passion to exceed expectations, excellent communication skills, and commercial real estate lending experience to Crown Capital Group.
